Configuring the Entity Modify the AccessPlus fields where necessary
Service Enabled check box must be selected to enable AccessPlus for this entity
10
Field DescriptionService Enabled Default setting is disabled; to use AccessPlus, each entity has to be enabled individually. An entity
cannot be enabled independent of the class. AccessPlus must first be enabled at the Class level.
Remote Port ReliaTel uses this port to connect to the entity and open an AccessPlus session.
Local Port A blank field allows ReliaTel to configure the client port for an AccessPlus session dynamically. You also have the option to ‘hardcode’ a client port to open an AccessPlus session.
Session Timeout (sec) Default setting – 600 seconds. You can override the timeout period if you want to.
User Name Adding a user name is optional unless the entity requires it or it is mandated by your organization. If a user name appears here, it is likely to have been added at the Class level. A Class user name can be overridden at this level if a different user name is required to access the entity.
Password Adding a password is also optional, dependent on whether the entity or your organization requires a password. If a password appears here, it is likely to have been added at the Class level. A Class password can be overridden at this level if a different password is required to access the entity.
Executable Path Enter an executable path from the client to the AccessPlus service if it’s the same path for all clients. Also optional.
