CLUB CONGRESS IS A FAMILY AFFAIR

It's a "Family Affair" for the EugeneJordans of Chowan County. All except forDad that is; he is at home back in ChowanCounty.

Mrs. Eugene Jordan is at Club Congressfor the first time as a leader. She has beena 4-H Adult Leader for 11 years. Mrs.Jordan, we're glad you came. With her aretheir five children, Susan, Joan, Gene,Bill and Bob. Their ages range from 10 to16.

Four of the five are here on scholar-ships due to being named district winners.Joan won two-- in dress revue and homeimprovement, but she could only acceptone of them.

I bet Mrs. Jordan has at least onething to say about Club Congress. "It wasnice not to have to do cooking and washdishes this week. " But just think of all theuniforms she will have dirty upon return-ing home.
