To request, go to http://westforsythhs.com/transcript/ OR Visit WFHS Counseling Website and click on “Transcript Request” link. **If you do not have internet access, please see your counselor to handle any transcript requests you may need. Does your college need a MID-YEAR REPORT? These are free but must be requested from Mrs. Jordan in the Counseling Office. Are you a Pathway Completer? You may be able to earn a seal on your diploma or a medallion to wear at graduation! The form is due to the Counseling Office on or before April 1, 2015. It is your responsibility to obtain and return the form in a timely manner. SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE!
