Using communication to flag buses Jumping Red Signals
•Signal Jump Transmitter sends unidirectional ‘Light Green’ and ‘Signal Jump’ message
• Receptor in bus is awake at all times
• Receptor in bus tracks notification
•‘Jump’ is registered
• Bus/Signal/Time Information sent to the tracking server
