HTP500V2 printer has been designed by 3M for the identification requirements on the electrical market and offered a complement to the ABB marking solutions.

HTP500V2 is a high resolution printer based on thermal transfer technology which provides:

Operating principle : A heat transfer through an ink ribbon to the support

The heat melting ink (62°C)

The transition of the ink from the solid state to the liquid state = marking

Ink absorbed on the card, nonerasable

Benefits Solid ink (ribbon) which does not dry

No solvent
