Notice is hereby given that the 73rd General Body Meeting of the Odisha State Cooperative

Bank Ltd., Bhubaneswar will be held in virtual mode through the Video Conference facility of

OSCB and 17 DCCBs on 28.09.2020 (Monday) at 11.30 A.M. to transact the following

business. All eligible members of the General Body of the Bank are requested to attend the

meeting. The members are requested to attend the Virtual Meeting in their nearest

Central Cooperative Banks as per details given at Annexure - I by observing due

social distancing and COVID protocol.

AGENDA:1. To confirm the the proceedings of the 72nd General Body Meeting held on 26.06.2019

2. To discuss on the compliance on the observations in the Statutory Audit Report of theBank and Audit Certificate for the year ending 31.03.2019.

3. To consider to distribute the net profit of the Bank for the year 2018-19 asrecommended by the Managing Committee.

4. To discuss and to consider to approve the Annual Administrative RepO'rt~ Bank fortheyear2018-19. !\,

5. To consider to approve the Annual Work Programme and Budget Estimate of the Bankfor the year 2020-21.

6. To consider the proposal for amendment of Bye-law No.6 of Odisha Sate CooperativeBank Ltd. (Broad Sheet enclosed at Annexure - II)
