In our basic conceptual design on the land area of 4.618,00 m² we located building with total gross area of 14.485,80 m². We divided the building on three units: - residential, - commercial and - retail because we believe that with this mix used function the investment can deliver best return, although some parts of project seems to be more attractive then another.

Municipality of Ilijas is one of the municipalities in Sarajevo Canton, located 19 km - or 20 minutes drive, from the center of Sarajevo. Over the past few years, municipal authorities have been working hard to create positive climate for investment and entrepreneurship. Results of such efforts are reflected in actuating industrial zones, with the plan of developing a retail park. Based on the analysis of the municipality’s development strategy, its geographic position and infrastructure, we recognize this project as of strong development potential.
