Comparison With Other Airport Links

Most people when arriving at an airport will go straight to the taxi rank or look for a bus terminal:

Heathrow Express takes 15 minutes from Terminals 1,2,3,&4 or 21 minutes from Terminal 5. Price of a ticket is £ 16.50 or £ 34 return

A taxi take between 30 minutes to 1 hour (depends on traffic) and costs up to £ 70

A bus takes from 45 minutes (depends on traffic) and costs £ 20

Communicate the 10% Ticket Price Reduction

Focus communication on the 10% ticket reduction offered by Heathrow Express: by booking a Heathrow Express ticket, the travel agent

can earn up to 10% mark-up from the ticket price on the GDS.

There is a selling price and a net price for the TA.

The TA will sell the ticket at £17.00 pounds to the end-consumer but will be billed £15.00 pounds (net price) by Heathrow (HEX) through BSP .
