PROJECT CRITERIA WHO DOES THE NPO/NGO SERVE

DSO (Direct Service Organization) - Primary focus must fall into one of our issue areas, ie: Healthcare, Basic Human Needs or Education.

TSO/MSO (Technical/Management Service Organization) – The project must primarily serve one of the above issue areas – OR- If the project benefits a broad segment of the nonprofit sector, the TSO/MSO must pilot the project with a DSO from one of our three issue areas.

RESULTS

We need an understanding of the effectiveness of past projects, ie: what did you achieve, what were the results, etc.

METRICS

Project must have clear goals and metrics which can be accomplished during the 6-12 month full time engagement.

SCALABLE/REPLICABLE WITH CLEAR SECTOR VALUE

The Project must be scalable and appropriate for other organizations, ie: a packaged product or process with a clear value to the part of sector focused on that would be made generally available. Number of people that will benefit from the project is important.

TECHNOLOGY

The project must leverage internet technology in some manner. (For organizations that do not have their own tech staff, project must clearly articulate how technology solution will be implemented and sustained).
