  • Usability is the extend to which a product can be used by specified users in a specified context of use to achieve specified goals with effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction.

  • Usability Testing (UT) is a formal method by which we obtain objective and subjective qualitative data on the usability of software, hardware, products and services. UT measures the effectiveness, the efficiency and the satisfaction of users in a particular environment or context of use.

  • User Experience (UX) is about a persons perception and responses resulting from the use of a product, system or service. Emotions, beliefs, preferences, perceptions, responses, behaviors and accomplishments that occur

    before, during and after the use.
