Memorable Works of Charles Correa 1930-2015

Charles Correa is considered one of the most influential

architects in India. His work and contemporary signature

design are present throughout India, and are credited

among his peers world wide. Charle’s work focused on

the needs of the poor, and for this he was honored. In 1972

he received the Padma Shri, as well as the Royal Gold

Medal by the Royal Institute of British Architects.
