• Identify Real Estate opportunities for purchase of destination properties for luxury rentals homes. Carry through all process of negotiations of sale.
• Make all selections and prepare budget for all
selections of OS&E (operating supplies & equipment) and FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) for luxury vacation rental homes. Manage vendors and follow through of negotiations and purchasing.
• Manage transition of properties from real estate operations to
renovation team, prepare and manage renovation budget. Make upgrade selections where applicable. Project manage all contractors through to final.
• Manage all new home installations and procurement of
furnishings and set up. Project manage all utility set up, etc.
• Offer residential property management services or for consulting services; Onsite team training of leasing and property
management staff along with training of sales and marketing staff on destination property.
