STUART GONSAL Director gives Lava’s services a unique marketing and business focus, ensuring that our clients receive solutions that deliver on their investment. Whether it be marketing consultancy or development services, Stuart’s willingness to fully immerse himself in your project ensures you’ll get a solution that fits. Formerly a Marketing Manager of a public company, he holds a Bachelor of Business Degree.

BRETT STEWART Development Manager is responsible for the project management of Lava’s web/ multimedia projects. Brett works in close consultation with both clients and Lava’s development team and enjoys carefully guiding them through often complex projects. He brings considerable technical knowledge and has worked in a hands-on role with e-business, e-commerce, content manage ment systems and online application design.

MARIANNE TAI Head Designer hand-picks designers that have the creativity and flair that so distinguishes Lava’s work. She has coordinated a diverse range of projects, from web templates to online products and brand develop ment. With qualifications in Visual Communication from Monash University in Melbourne, Marianne brings a ‘marketing’ sensibility to Lava’s designs and takes pride in the individuality of each.

DALE DE SILVA Multimedia Coordinator gives Lava’s clients unique access to some of the best multimedia talent around. He has assembled a versatile team with skills and experience in many applications, including: Macromedia Studio MX, Adobe Premier and Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Logic Audio, 3D Studio Max and DVD Studio Pro. Outside of his contributions to Lava, Dale lectures in Multimedia Design at Swinburne University.

KYRA GONSALCA Business Analyst gives Lava’s services a high degree of business rigor. A member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Kyra has eight years experience working in public practice, focusing on medium size enterprises. Kyra’s compliance knowledge, and her experience with various accounting systems, ensures Lava can integrate online ordering facilities with internal accounting systems.

Lava conducts extensive testing including a thorough validation process via WC3. Our development team is happy to program using HTML or XHTML, and make extensive use of CSS.

ONLINE DATABASES Through careful planning and development, Lava is able to provide web-enabled databases with significant capacity and that are highly scalable. For example, we may build an SQL Server database ready for large increases in the number of products/ categories.
