• ….well we’re a bit old for that • ….so broadening slightly – thinking about work

and the challenges• we are a part of a research, innovation and

say…………………………………….Confusion/frustrations• If you keep running between things you aren’t being creative – too

busy doing other stuff• I want to know what is coming next – what we will do• We don’t take enough time to sit down and think about what we are

learning• A lot of confusion• I struggle with talking about ideas• Distance is a challenge• There are a million different projects• I have a huge list where I collect the stuff but don’t have time to go

through it (info about new tools, ideas etc.)

had a lot of fun• I love blogging• I like challenges – I get bored easily• We are actually changing the way the organization

is working

say…………………………………….

I plan and think• When I am in DC I will take a day not to do

daily tasks – I will use the time to experiment• We should have 1 day to do this – stop and

give ourselves the time

think………………………………………………

• Work load/priorities not clear/focused• Not enough clear evidence of impact – feedback

on performance/work done• Uncertain time is spent on best opportunities –

prioritization• Lack of organization• Not keeping up with the things we need to – new

developments, ides etc.• Not enough guidance, support

feel…………………………………………….
