The slightly irregular shape of land encompassing. There are some existing structures on site that will bedemolished during the hotel development. The 132m frontage gives it a strong presence on the 22m widemain rajpur road.

The proposed site is easily access & located on 22m wide main rajpur road in Dehradun. The site located atheart of the Dehradun city and at a distance of 30 km from Airport and 5 km from Dehradun city RailwayStation. It’s prime location makes it very easily accessible. The proposed site is surrounded by residential area,vacant plot, offices & smaller hotels & resort in the near vicinity.

Giant filmstrips shape the Museum building, their undulatingcurves give the building’s exterior asense of movement andwhimsly, while inside allowing light to enter at the clerestorylevel. At night, these same windows project light outwardsilluminating the Museum and projecting its presence.The curving shapes of the exterior will be mirrored by curvesinside for a visually pleasing interior.

Client needs a luxury 6-8 seater sofa for his drawing room. 6 seater+ 1 single bed low height sofa designed with rectangular glass toptable in between which looks attractive.

Sofa sides are designed such that it add storage space formagazine, newspapers etc. and also match with the overall design.Sofa backs have cylindrical horizontal element which adds itsrichness. Colors are such that it complements the room.

Modern interiors are sleek, spacious, simple, and focus on functionand organization. No clutter or chaos allowed. Modern designuses basic geometry (simple edges, curves and angles) and cleanlines in furniture, architecture and sculpture which is applied is thedesign.
