Despite only being open from 10am to 5pm Facebook Beach drew in visitors with free food and drinks, and was the most visited location outside of the Palais and the big hotels. Living the Sweet Life After the Palais, hotels drew the biggest crowds as people stayed close to home base and many brands, such as Mondelez International hosted parties there. The Carlton alone saw of overall festival traffic. Traffic gradually declined as goers explored Cannes or went back to their hotels for power naps before filing back into the Palais at 5:30pm for cocktails and parties hosted by brands. Celebs & Cocktails Wednesday at noon was the most attended time at the Palais all week as Anderson Cooper & Anthony Bourdain took the stage. Western Europeans ruled the middle of the day and cocktail hour, as they indexed 32% higher than the average from 2pm-8pm across the three days.
