Randi: It’s a tool available on the web that helps you become more effective, happy and secure. It aims to make you feel good about yourself and to know your strengths. Via Your e-Coach you can reflect on difficult challenges in your life and empower yourself.

What types of questions are asked in Your e-Coach sessions?

Ingrid: One of the most popular questions people wish to answer and work on is “What is the problem?” They wish to find out what to do about it. Once you have identified a problem, it could be half solved already.

Ingrid:Many of us don’t make the effort to identify the actual problem, but move straight to a solution instead. So one risks working on the wrong problem.

This exercise is so efficient that it produces results both in the personal and professional sphere.

Randi:Your e-Coach has helped me enormously being a global executive coach.

Recently I did the exercise “If you had one year to live, what would your choices be?”

Randi: After spending 15 minutes on this exercise I was elated, back on track and focused. I saw where I had left my “track” and that I needed to adjust and come back to it. I wish everyone in the world could use Your e-Coach because it makes me so happy and pushes me “back on track”.

Question:Dealing with such personal questions, how do you ensure confidentiality when using this web-based course?

Ingrid: It’s like an internet bank account where you log in with your own password. Only you have access, unless you give the password to someone by mistake, for instance. In that case we can just change it. Only a machine will see your responses, and it can create analytics from them for your benefit.

Randi: Don't give up on anything that really excites you, even if it looks impossible at first.And don't underestimate the tremendous power that comes from within when you truly believe in your goal and make a commitment to achieving it.
