C-Source of the stress.1-Money• Not enough.• More bills have to pay.• Competition to earn.• Struggle to find .
Solution : Get a better Job . How? Internal change :Education , Extra training , Reading books, Hard work or Recommendations.
2 -Lack of Time .• This is more things to do within the
24 hour a day, and your boss and work push you.
Solution : Slow down yourself.How ?Talk to your boss to reduce the tasks to perform better, Task delegations , give yourself time to grow and Time Management.
3-Releationship:Golden solutions for stressful relationship :A. Stop blaming other people for relationship
problems , admit yourself to be responsible Blaming Game Has To Stopped.
B. You can’t control People around you. You can control yourself otherwise your power will gone away, you will start Losing Game.
3- Relationships :A- Family:
Solution : Focus on your direction ,values, goals and your life purpose, forget your family for one second .
B- Couple spouse :Solution :- Break it off if it’s dysfunctional.- Be more loving and accepting the others.
3 -Relationships :C-Business parteners:• If there is some annoying co-worksSolution :Two ways of solutions ,i-Don’t pay attention what they are doing focus on your goals know you are always right.ii- Quit, you may in toxic environment, office political problems .
D- Solutions to act the problems from the root.
Back to your own values, principles life purpose , objectives , have mission vision whatever the circumstances are e.g. Building skeleton.
