o Only APSCo members are able to participate

o Working closely with participating members to ensure they follow our best practice guidelines

o Receive personal development feedback from a dedicated mentor

o At least 3-days formal recruitment specific training and development in addition to on-the-job training

o Working with Thomas International Receive a personal psychometric profile via to highlight strengths and development areas
