A Goal should be SMART!

S – Specific

M – Measureable

A – Appropriate

R – Realistic

T – Time-bound

Specific is descriptive – it paints a picture of the desired result!

Measureable means you can describe a change that has occurred:

what do things look like now?

what will things look like when you are finished?

Appropriate is the right thing at the right time by the right person:
