English 95.60%; Hindi 93.48%; Economics 91.72%; Commerce 91.42%; Accounts 91.45%;Mathematics 97.57%; Physics 98.60%; Chemistry 98.66% ; Biology 98.62%; ComputerScience 97.87%; Bengali 95.61%

The ISC Examination has been conducted in 48 written subjects of which 12 are Indianlanguages, 5 are f oreign languages and 3 are classical languages.

For ISC in India, the Southern Region has the best pass percentage i.e. 98.32%, f ollowedby Western Region (95.74%), Northern Region (95.01%) and Eastern Region (94.91%).Abroad, ISC has achieved pass percentage of 98.51%

ISC – SPECIAL CATEGORY STATISTICS

2,271 Scheduled Caste candidates took the examination achieving a pass percentage of94.63%

2,350 Scheduled Tribe candidates took the examination achieving a pass percentage of89.66%

6,910 Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates took the examination, achieving a pass

percentage of 95.07%

Special Dif f iculty cases f or ISC such as Dyslexia cases were 193 (2 candidates obtainedabove 90%); Visually Challenged cases were 20 (3 candidates obtained above 90%) and 1candidates took exam f rom hospital.

The Council f or the f if th year successf ully conducted the centralized evaluation of answerscripts f or the ISC Examination.

ISC had 338 centralized evaluation centers across the Country.

The ISC Examination Mark Sheets and Pass Certif icates will reach the schools latest by22nd May 2014
