For one of our clients, multinational company acting within an extremely complex business in energy
– services & commodities - we look for an Innovation & New Business Development Specialist
who will have the role to identify, analyse, recommend and support implementation for new
business opportunities at Country level.
To fit the role we look for an innovative highly ambitious and skilled professional with impressive
amounts of drive and knowledge of fundamentals of services and commodities providers markets;
strategic marketing, business analysis (market, competitors, opportunities scouting, regulatory and
key market drivers) and business modelling (financial modelling to determine projects/ transactions/
remuneration/ value).
The candidate we look for needs to be capable of identifying out-of-the-box solution to maximize
business profitability and to position the company as an innovative trend setter within industry
and market.
Since the role implies liaising with multidisciplinary teams we look for a highly skilled person in
interpersonal relations, networking, ability to manage and interact with multi stakeholders activities/
projects both at company and external levels, negotiation and most important the drive to push things
forward.
