INTRODUCTIONMore often than not, the atmosphere within the workplace changes. It can either be free from stress or stressful. This is because people working together might not, under normal circumstances, ever think of being friends in a situation outside of work.

Friends or not, success in the workplace however, depends largely on teamwork in an harmonious environment.

Where each individual can identify with the work schedule of one another.

This is specifically helpful when one member of a unit may be swamped with work. Another member who might be less burdened could help in order to avoid unnecessary delay in getting a job done; not minding his/her perceived status

Do not fall into the category of people that say “If you can’t beat them, join them”.

Remember that if it is wrong, then IT IS WRONG.
