Recruiting and Employer Relations

The recruiting team works with the employers and graduate programs seeking to recruit Davidson students and alumni. Services include on-campus interviews, résumé referrals for jobs and internships, infor-mation sessions, a law school fair and participation in the Liberal Arts Career Network.

Career Advising, Programming, and Networking

The career advising and preparation team provides individual career advising, assessments, connections to alumni, parents and recruiters through career talks, and networking events, career preparation programs and resources. Our vision is for all students to have clarity and confidence in their career choices, to be prepared to navigate their search for employ-ment or graduate school opportunities, and to market their experiences, skills and knowledge effectively online, on paper and in person.

Class of 2014 Career Outcomes Standards and Protocols!Beginning with the Class of 2014, Davidson College will follow the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) standards and protocols for the collection and dissemination of graduating student initial career outcomes information for undergraduates.
