During the years I worked with small, medium and large-sized companies, as well as with public institutions and corporations, I held various positions and faced with increasing levels of responsibility. After finished High School in 1981 at the Military School “Nunziatella” in Naples, I continued my studies at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering of the University “La Sapienza” in Rome. After a short, in 1984, I then embarked on the first working experiences that, over the years, have allowed me to gain a broad and deep knowledge of design, development and management of complex information systems. PMI certified, I've had the responsibility of activities and workshops with different budget and size and, often, have been in direct contact with the customer (stakeholder and / or end-user). Over the past few years I have enriched my experience within the Marketing division of the Italian subsidiary of CSC, an American Corporation with over 90,000 employees worldwide. Working closely with the European Management, and reporting directly to the Director of Marketing in Italy, I was able to follow, from the beginning, all the steps linked to the Italian business recovery programme. The main focus was on the management of strategic alliances with leading technology providers, but, as active part of the Marketing team, I was involved into all other phases of the programme aimed at both inside and outside the company (organization of events , process of communication, customer satisfaction, internal analysis of the climate). At the end of 2012, CSC decided to leave the Italian market and the assets were sold to an Italian company which immediately put in place a restructuring plan with the intent to revise and reshape organizational models and commercial settings. I just turned fifty and, not finding myself in tune with the new environment, I think it's time for me to look ahead to find new challenges. I think I still have a lot to offer in terms of experience and skills acquired over the years. I consider myself an honest and serious person, respectful of the work of others. Among my values, I put at first places the individual growth and believe that innovation and self- improvement are its main engines. I put first the strength of the group to the ability of the individual. I am a good organizer, able to enhance the professionalism of the staff, who can give the best of myself in environments where there is a strong focus on the success of the business.
