OUR PEOPLE

ALUmni

We use the term “Tribe” at The Honor Foundation because a Tribe is anchored in a set of clearly defined values and common culture. Our Tribe includes Mentors, Coaches, Employers, Faculty, Staff, and last, but not least, our Alumni. Our alumni is at the center of our Tribe, receiving the best tools from each of the others around them, for life. They are who we serve, and they are our Why.

How Many? The Information Provided Surveys 180 THF Fellows.

OUR PEOPLE

WhAt ARE OUR ALUmni dOing?

“The trend we see right now is that our Fellows are taking roles in Entrepreneurialism or entrepreneurial- like work within an organization, known as Intrapreneurship. Also, most of their roles align to a required analytic approach, as well as really tough business problems to be solved within a high level of ambiguity. Titles such as Business Development, Project Management, Chief of Staff, HR Business Partner, and Consultant are the most common, with the ties to work across an organization horizontally, vice vertically.”

- Philip Dana, THF Chief of People Ops

We have a unique placement philosophy because both our program and our Fellows are very unique. We look at placement as “Fulfillment” and our metric of time(t) starts when a Fellow and our Tribe says they are “transition ready.” The clock starts, and our goal is to get the Fellow to where they need to go within 90 days. Our Fulfillment rate as of March 2017 is 97%. (*5 Fellows beyond 90 days are still actively searching)
