Y-Not is a 100 percent woman and minority-owned company with origins that go back, all the way back, to 1983, when its founder, Angelina “Angie” Garcia opened her first business, as a fresh-faced immigrant, embracing the American way with every ounce of her being. Even then, she knew that as a business, she had to stand out from the crowd. And the best way to do that was to be exceptional. A decade later, she opened the forerunner to Y-Not, where she secured an important contract with the iconic Florida tourist destination, headquartered in Orlando. And it was from this company that Y-Not finally emerged. Always based in Miami, Florida, today Y-Not satellite offices can be found in Guangzhou, China – where we’ve been manufacturing for 15+ years - Mexico City; and Cambodia. Additionally, our art department excels not just at creativity but also in knowing what’s hot in today’s marketplace. Our team of experienced and talented professionals strives to give all of our customers the same outstanding service that we deliver to our Fortune 500 clients, which means taking care of all of their needs, both the large and the small.

First we investigate, and we don’t mean a 5 minute Google search. We learn all that we can about your brand, and your objectives for each particular gift. We search (and yes, research) not just the competition, but what other companies are doing in other fields. We then consult some more before we move on to the creation of something unique and exciting.

Consulting with you isn’t as much a second step as it is a continuing dialog, running throughout our entire process. Whether it’s before our creativity department takes over, or during our preproduction approval process, your input is vital.

In our fourth step, we wash, rinse and repeat (consult and refine) until you are satisfied that what we’re going to provide you with is exactly (read perfectly) what you need.

Our third step is where the magic happens – and when we talk about magic, it’s really just a euphemism for hard work & thinking. We set our creative team loose, giving them your objective and letting them determine various pathways to achieve it. Whether they’re in Mexico, Vietnam, the Philippines, Miami or all of the above, they’re going to provide both conventional and remarkable ideas, which we then will present to you.

Warehousing & fulfillment


Allow Y-Not to simplify your operations by giving you the opportunity to reduce order processing and warehouse costs, while allowing you to spend valuable time marketing your product. We specialize in warehousing, pick and pull packaging, fulfillment and delivery of your finished goods.

Quality inspection If it does not meet the grade, we won’t let it pass.


We oversee quality control, perform onsite inspections and provide product samples for your approval before proceeding with production. Our organization assures that the products comply with quality, health and safety imperatives, as well as social responsibilities. All consumable products are from qualified factories that meet FDA, European and other market regulatory standards.
