Sewage treatment is the process of removing contaminants from wastewater, primarily from household sewage. It includes physical, chemical, and biological processes to remove these contaminants and produce environmentally safe treated wastewater (or treated effluent). A by-product of sewage treatment is usually a semi-solid waste or slurry, called sewage sludge, that has to undergo further treatment before being suitable for disposal or land application.

PRINCIPLE OF TREATMENT :

Its working on the principle of Aerobic Treatment with the help of aerobic bacteria, which is most conventional and proven method throughout the world. Envicare's Modified Septic Tank (MST) Systems – Its works on principle on anaerobic digestion.

FEATURES

(1) Our product has a wide range of filtration rating, ranging from 1 micron to 100 microns.

(2) The filter layer is placed between two protective layers, and its mesh is not likely to change its shape. Thus, the filtration rating is very steady.

(3) The fourth and fifth layers have good supporting effect. So our product possessed high mechanical strength as well as good resistance to pressure.

(4) The filtration method is surface filtration, so our product is very easy to clean, and is especially suitable for backwashing.

(5) The wire mesh won’t be destroyed even the temperature reaches up to 480 .℃ Meanwhile, it is made of SUS316L which makes it resistant to corrosion.

(6) It shows good tractability, and it is suitable for cutting, bending, punching, stretching, welding and other treatment.
