We have the best factories in town making cheapest and best quality products with the strong

supply chain system management and typical requirements of US Laws are implemented at its

We have contracts from Mills; the main aspect of sourcing is Right Factory/maker, best resources

and strong financial back ground of the maker, which we have.

How do we achieve the cheapest prices?

We buy yarn on our behalf through different Mills, we book our programs with customers, and we

let our makers get the cheapest cost best quality yarn at the best convenient deliveries and credit

terms of 90 days.

The main aspect of the Garment is the Fabric, which is the place where everyone plays, but when

the yarn slashes down in low seasons when surplus cotton is available in the market, we book the

cotton through ginners, we block the productions through mills, we pay upfront and oblige them

to deliver on the prices we are doing the costing..

We have eight composite manufacturers under our umbrella, who are exclusively dedicated to

our productions 7 months fall productions...

Our makers are FLA / Adidas-Reebok Foot locker -Wall-mart -Kohl’s-Sears approved .

Our in-house sampling department comprising of six sewing machines and our own sample

workers, working day and night to make our samples round the clock to hit the exact sample

targets, we have a product development department, which works right under the sourcing

manager, who evaluates every operations costs and maintains the compatibility of the product

with unique engineering through his experience in the garment technology field

We have our in-house printing facilities where we print the hang tags/price tickets/carton labels

etc, so we control prices our selves…

With the unique resources of in house cad cam systems and capabilities of processing artworks in

house it makes us most fastest to develop the artworks in minimum lead times, we have all

resources in house to make strike shots, no matter what the thread needs to be used for making

it, we do it

We have QC expertise who are responsible for handling the Garments in close coordination with

the factory and Buyer through the related merchandiser in the best convenient way acceptable to

our customer’s parameters.

In Line Inspection reports are been Scanned and Emailed to our Customers on weekly basis along

with its production reports/fabrication progress and shade bands been sent to customers

physically.

Middle of Production Inspections with measurement specs reports are scanned and emailed to

our customers with correct findings/taken pictures.

Final Production Inspections with measurement spec reports are scanned and emailed to our

customers with Correct findings /pictures.

We have ongoing progress on this area, while we need to submit ISF 10+2 which are been handled by our customers nominated forwarders and clearing agents, we have our own documentation department who handles our all pre alerts-bookings-container releases-container escorts-AMS -electronic packing lists.

Our MOQ are lower than a regular buying house, we actually work on package deals, where we have variety of colors been used in making 1 style or different styles, e.g. ,when we do College Licensed Products, we have to combine 10 of different Pos and make 1 knitting and dyeing plan of every color, to keep consistency of colors , reduce batch to batch color variances and managing the minimums by using the fabrics in different leagues
