CHALLENGE

Sobha Developers Ltd., one of the largest real estate player in India, wants to promote its award winning

landmark property “Sobha Forest View” in a different and unique way.

ACTION

Since the property is located near turahalli forest and also named as “Forest View” our think tank decided to

promote the spirit of property; “Nature” by inviting the TG’s to enjoy the fun and joy of nature with there

family at the project location, and created a event in the name and fashion of “Nature Fest” to rejuvenate Mind,

Body & Soul.

10 days massive BTL marketing activity was created to promote the Sobha Forest View project as well as the

event. We had targeted all the major corporate and high end residential apartment and major market areas in

Bangalore.

A fully branded and uniquely deigned tent cards was placed on all workstations in all major corporate, a

unique nature based games was conducted in some of the big corporate.

A nicely deigned event hang bag along with a personalize event invitation and sobha project brochure was

distributed door to door in all the major residential apartments. A large size standees was placed in the

apartments entrance and exit gates, to insure maximum visibility.

A wide range of road shows backed with well managed fleet of floater vans was planned and exacted. The

event was largely promoted on online social medias also to insure maximum visibility as well as participation.

OUT COME

The marketing campaign brings a massive response from the market, and the event witnessed a huge footfall of

Sobha existing as well as prospective clients and buyers.

The first event was executed in May 2012 and the results was so encouraging that we had re-organized the

“Nature Fest – 2” again in June2012, and now it announced as a half yearly event for Sobha Developers Ltd.,
