Rules of EngagementField Nation puts customers first.

Putting customers first is at the heart and center of Field Nation. We are only paid and successful when our

users are paid and successful, and unlike other contract marketplaces available for use today, Field Nation

believes in offering an opportunity to discuss a disagreement before either party moves forward with legal

action. We even go so far as to outline this in our legal agreement with our users:

Dispute Resolution from Field Nation’s Standard Work Order Terms and Conditions:

“If at any time a dispute, difference, or disagreement shall arise between a Buyer and a Provider over any aspect of

the performance or interpretation of a Work Order, such as a dispute over the quality of the Provider’s work or the

amount of compensation due, before any litigation or other formal legal action may be commenced either party

may demand that the matter be submitted to an informal, non-binding dispute resolution process with Field Nation

acting as a facilitator.”

Competitor’s Conditions of Limitation and Liability:

“You acknowledge and agree that Platform X shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any actions or inactions

of any User, including without limitation claims or disputes concerning the quality of a Worker’s work, a Client’s

payment of fees and expenses, another User’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, or any form of harm to

business or equipment caused by another User.”

Omitting outrageous legal language in our User Terms of Service promotes transparency by keeping our

users informed about the expectations of the Field Nation platform and builds a lasting relationship based on

honesty between service buyers and providers.
