1. What 310 Ltd Does We help our clients (economic development
organizations) identify companies who are considering expansion or
a change in their operations that could result in new jobs and
investment in their communities
2. Describe the Call Analyst Position A subset of 310Ltds
highly researched data that will assigned to you to contact. Your
primary function will be to call and converse with company
executives in that contact list about company plans for growth or
change.
3. What will I do each day? Call Analysts make approximately
110 to 150 outbound calls each day working to reach key-decision
makers in the companies they are assigned. As you work to reach
those executives you will be speaking with receptionists and
administrative assistants who may present challenges to reaching
the executive team.
4. What is the performance goal of a Call Analyst? To identify
companies that have a plan for growth or change. Each company that
does is considered a lead. Call Analysts strive to identify 6 or
more leads each month.
5. General Information 40 hours a week, full-time Mon-Thurs
8:00 am-5:15 pm Fri 8:00-4:00 pm (No evening or weekend hours) 15
minute breaks at 10 am and 3 pm Lunch from 12 pm-1 pm Our office is
equipped with a kitchen and eating area with refrigerator,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and wide screen TV Office dress
code is business casual Ample secure parking
6. Frequently Asked Questions Is there a performance goal
system? Yes. Once you're training period is completed, you will be
expected to produce 6 leads per month. Is this a temp-to-hire
position? Yes. Is there a probationary period or quota for hires?
Hires are based upon time on the job, performance finding leads,
and superior attendance. Do you use auto-dialers? Do you have
auto-dialers? No. We control our outbounds through manual dialing.
