Engage• Email is the best way to start a relationship.
• Keep it short

• Do your research, make it relevant
• Take initiative, suggest times and places that work.
• Don’t ask busy people to meet you for coffee. Offer togo to their office for 15 minutes after a few emails areexchanged.
