Have you understood the process requirements and also identify how requirements should be understood.

• How you regulate speed and maneuver in traffic .

Personal Commitment :Deviation of any nature is not acceptable

Do We have double standards ?Would we expect Hospital nurses be allowed to deviate and put babies in wrong place.

Would you expect to go home to the wrong house by mistake periodically

Would you “ Let it Go” any shortchanged in amount of your paychecks at any months as deposited in bank.

Would you review critically work performances the way you do for any shortcomings in facilities

Measure your performance against the Goal

Everywhere we turn, we see clocks,

thermometers, gauges, charts and other ways to take and communicate

measurement

We can use this knowledge to decide what

measurement will help us improve the way we meet our performance

How we can appraise ourselves on performance.

Measuring allows us to find out what is

happening and communicate what we find to others.
