Project Plan for Creating a
Promotional Video for Small
Business STL ICE
Project Goals
Short-term: To create a 3-5 minute promotional
video for STL ICE that features the ice as art
Long-term: To increase visibility and sales To differentiate STL ICE as “artistic” in
the ice-carving field
Objectives
Determine the content of the video. Research and hire a videographer to
shoot and edit the film. Discuss content, procedure, location,
and availability with the videographer. Shoot and edit the film in a two month
period.
Content of Video
Introduction to Ice Carving Introduction of Sean Leahy, owner and head
carver and STL ICE Scenes of Sean carving in his studio Testimonial-style scenes of Sean describing

Communication Plan
