entrepreneurial leaders for “the new inclusive economy”.
Our Vision
The 99% to 1% Story The baby is
born (and re-born)
The baby is told who or
what “she or he” should
be
The individual
obtains education?
The individual gets a job?
The individual is
not given the ability to be authentic

Business Model
99 Documentaries- “Let’s Scale the Movement”
What we learned from our pilot?
Spectrum of possibility
Influences from unexpected
placesSelf discovery
Safe and intentional is effective
• Partnerships with multiple local non-profits allowed for diverse recruiting
• Spectrum in 5 focus areas was clearly represented and evenmore identity categories were Represented
• Young leaders became important to each other in ways they never have before imagined
• Our job became to facilitate the interaction between studentsby providing structure, frameworkand safety
• In this approach we advocated for transparency, but no direct answer about what things should be
• No direct influence means safety and understanding
• Young leaders created their ownhonest questions and observations through conversation and experiencing • Social programming was just as effective were young leaders talkedabout topics they never talked about before
• Self discovery is very impactful
