Business Plan
Based on a fiscal business plan 75% Purchase/Repair, 25% Lease/Repair Tenants are sourced via Preston Road Women’s
Centre Works towards long-term sustainability (recycles
EHCGP funding) Supported by local surveyors, solicitors, estate agents,
via service level agreements and codes of practice.
Outputs
To date 12 properties acquired (2 sold, 5 leased and 5 ongoing),
Provided training for more than 200 local students, Employed 4 Apprentices, Used local SMEs, Project welcomed and integrated into local
communities
Challenges
Ability to source properties, Condition of properties requiring refurbishment, Legal process, Timescales and refurbishment schedules, Cashflow
Achievements
Green Gown Awards 2012 – Highly Commended, Hull College 2013 – Private Sector Partnership, Visit by the Secretary of State and Director General of
the CBI, Asset base and sustainability of PROBE (HULL) Ltd.
