– Additional opportunity to arrange 1 2 1 meetings with buyers/suppliers arranged by The British Polish Chamber of Commerce (fee applies for this service)

Plans for travel

• Flights suggested are via Amsterdam with KLM 14 – 17 March but you are free to make your own plans!

• Hotel suggested is Polonia Palace , Warsaw

• You are responsible for making own bookings and paying for all your own travel and hotel accommodation

• Refer to customer notes for full details on above

• If travelling with group, we will meet up informally in the departure lounge at Durham Tees Valley Airport

Whilst in Poland

• You are expected to arrange your own schedule of meetings during your visit unless you have specifically commissioned some bespoke assistance (via BPCC) to help you in this endeavour

• We do encourage you to make the most of the visit and join in both the UKTI opportunities and utilise the excellent services of BPCC to plan your campaign and book 1 2 1 appointments

Whilst in Poland

• Weather 5 – 7 C , cloudy, snow forecast the week before but may be warm also so be prepared!

• Take a taxi to the hotel (15min ride with no traffic, approximately 10GBP or less) for those delegates flying into Warsaw through the main Chopin Airport.

• The networking reception will be in the same hotel as UKTI accommodation. Traveling around Warsaw is recommended via taxi, and via train/bus if a meeting is outside of Warsaw. The Account Manager will advise each delegate on how to travel to each meeting

• Poland is 1 hour ahead of GMT• Make the most of your visit by planning ahead and maximise the business

meeting opportunities – feel free to extend your visit• Do Great Business !

•Sign (wet copy) and return a copy of your application form to [email protected]

•We will then send you a formal acknowledgement that you have secured your place

•Fill in the “Enhanced Package of Support” form today or email back to Sue (deadline for BPCC application is Friday 5th February)

If you have not yet applied:

• Fill in the application today (wet signature required).

• Fill in the “Enhanced Package of Support” form today (deadline is Friday 5th for BPCC referrals)

• We will then send a formal acknowledgement of your place

• BPCC will contact you to arrange a call and introduce your Account Manager
