Plan For Shooting Day 1

Shooting Information

Filming dates :

25th June Ilford exchange car park, 12 pm to 5 pm

2nd July Ilford exchange car park, 1:30 pm 5 pm

14th September Barkingside Cemetery, 4:30 pm-6 pm

Shooting crew : Kiren and Sara Anandji Cinematographer,

Cast: Michael Dave Douglas, Odain Regan Clarke

Transport: Bus and Walking

Equipment: Canon 700D, Tripod, SD card, Extra Battery, Wide Lens, Rode Mic, Wind Shield, Prop Gun, Standard Lens, Soft Mat, Laptop

Fill in a call sheet with all the equipment needed and hand in to Mr Gilmon.

As written on the call sheet pick up from Mr Gilmon on each filming date.

Before leaving we must make sure all the equipment is fully functioning and that both batteries are fully charged.

The person who fill and signs the call sheet is responsible in picking it.

Post Shooting Day

After traveling to and from the shooting locations the same person is then required to take the equipment home to return the next day.

The Cinematographer and Editor will then Back up of footage

The person responsible for picking up the equipment will then return equipment to Mr Gilmon

Shooting Day one - 25th June, Ilford exchange car park

25th June Ilford exchange car park, 12 pm to 5 pm

On arrival we must sign in at the security office, picking up the filming permit.

Meeting seniors management for one last briefing

Go to the top level to setup the filming equipment and then pick key points in the area for where the actor will be standing. For example where Michael stands.

Film Michael on the edge of the car park looking out holding a gun. Then Odain running from the level 6 star case to towards Michael this will lead to the confrontation. We will then do multiple takes on this scene with various camera shots and angles.

we will then film Odain running up the stairs

Between filming Days

The editor will then go through all the footage to see if any of the shots are out of focus or if a shoot with no intended shake is in there. Also to see if a wider variety of shots is needed.

Shooting Day Two - 2nd July Ilford exchange car park

2nd July Ilford exchange car park, 1:30 pm 5 pm

On arrival we must sign in at the security office, picking up the filming permit.

Meeting seniors management for an updated on the progress and to be aware of any percussions that may be required.

Go to the top level to setup the filming equipment and then pick key points in the area for where the actor will be standing. For example where Michael stands.

Refilm all shots that were found to be out of focus or had unintended camera shake.

Film shot requested by the editor to widen the variety of shots needed.

Film Odain running outside and up the stairs to the roof

Between filming Days

The editor will then go through all the footage one final time to see if any of the shots are out of focus or if a shoot with no intended shake is in there and to see if he has a variety of shots needed.

Shooting Day Three - 14th September Barkingside Cemetery

14th September Barkingside Cemetery, 4:30 pm-6 pm

Go to the Tombstone to setup the filming equipment and then pick key points in the area for where the actor will be standing. For example where Michael and Odain Stand stands

Film a variety of creative shots

Film Michael walking away while Odain still looks at the grave and then follows abruptly

Odain holding the umbrella

Do photo shoot for the film posters and review

After filming Days

The editor will then go through all the footage one final time to see if any of the shots are out of focus or if a shoot with no intended shake is in there and to see if he has a variety of shots needed.
