USA Director of Marketing, Financial Advisers (2007-2009)Russell Investments, Seattle, WA As director of a 20-strong team, oversaw brand development, thought leadership and content strategy, partner marketing, customer relationship development and market research for Russell’s US financial adviser market. Revamped an extensive thought leadership program and content strategy that leveraged both

traditional and digital media. Customer interaction and quality measures improved dramatically and production costs and times reduced by 30%.

Implemented a full brand refresh and created a value proposition framework specific to the financial advisor market that guided all marketing, communication and sales activity.
