OXYGEN PLANT MANUFACTURING & INSTALLATION PROCESS

Our Company was established in 1985 by technocrat Mr. Sanjiv Agarwal who is a qualified Chemical Engineer & specialised

professional in the design & manufacture of oxygen & nitrogen production plants & was trained under Dr.Boschi of Italy. W e

commenced manufacturing of nitrogen & oxygen production plant at our factory in New Delhi in 1985 and air separation

columns in Genova, Italy.

The designs of our plants were based on the process cycle of Linde & Claude which had been started by Dr. Boschi of Italy with

their company ING. L&A. Boschi of Italy in 1930 and perfected with over 70 years of experience.

Our very close association & interaction with Dr. Boschi & the Italian company ING. L&A. Boschi for over 25 years whose

plants are working all over the world in European countries like Italy, Germany France, UK & Australia, and others gave us

required exposure and experience in the industry. These plants, based on the Boschi technology, were also exported to Turkey,

Greece, Iran, Sharjah, Abudhabi, Qatar, Mauritius, Zambia, Nigeria, Dubai, Syria, South Africa, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Peru,

Qatar, Indonesia, Kuwait, Iraq and many others.

The design of the Oxygen/Nitrogen air separation Plants is based on the Liquification of Air, based on low & medium pressure

cycle. The air separation column has state-of-the-art BOSCHI distillation trays, multipass exchangers & condensers to get a

high yield of oxygen by separation of liquid air which results in very low power consumption. Boschi columns manufactured by

us have been known for its efficiency & long life.

Our vast experience in the field of manufacture of Oxygen/ Nitrogen production equipment has finally resulted into trouble

free operation and virtually maintenance free working of our plants. Our plants can also be equipped with vacuum insulated

Liquid Oxygen Pump. We have supplied and exported over 300 oxygen production plant and equipment all over World and

Italy which are working successfully. These plants are being used either for filling oxygen in cylinders or selling in the market

or for captive consumption.

-Our Company has set up oxygen Nitrogen Plants Model UB-50 UB- 100 and UB 250 In extreme hot conditions of IRAQ- thanks to our all stainless steel column and boschi technology. WHERE THE TEMPERATURES ARE OVER 50 DEG CENTIGRADE.

-In SUDAN the company GIAD STEEL installed one UB-250 in 2004 and with the satisfactory performance then replaced their GERMAN PLANT by buying a second UB 250 oxygen plant.

In INDONESIA Mr. PIETER Awaloei OF MS CV. CITRA ALAM set up a UB 100 oxygen nitrogen plant by replacing a Chinese plant and is a highly satisfied customer. Later Mr. Pieter recommended two of his friends in Indonesia to buy our plants and also bought an acetylene plant from us.

What is CE Certificate

CE Marking is the symbol as shown on the top of this page. The letters "CE" are the abbreviation of French phrase "Conformité Européene” which literally means"European Conformity". The term initially used was "EC Mark" and it was officially replaced by"CE Marking" in the Directive 93/68/EEC in 1993.

"CE Marking Conformity". The " is now used in all EU official documents.

"CE Mark" is also in use, but it is NOT the official term. For instance in the Directive 2007/47/ec, of 5 September 2007, amending the

Directives 90/385/eec,93/42/eec & 98/8/ec, the term CE Marking appears 9 times whereas CE Mark appears nowhere in the entire 35

page document.
