Today NORDSTAR DEVELOPMENT works on more than 10 projects of multi-functional office and shopping-leisure complexes.
EKATERINA ZEMSKAYAAssociate, Head of Shopping Center Lease Department CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD Has been working on the real estate market for more than 10 years. She has been involved in such large-scale projects as the Galereya and Leto shopping centers in St. Petersburg, Royal Park in Novosibirsk, Aura in Surgut, and Mor'e Mall in Sochi.

Natalya graduated from the Moscow State University. She has 12 years of experience on the real estate market in marketing and sales, including 10 years as a commercial director. Andrei has more than 12 years of experience in market research, development and concept optimization. Matthew holds a Masters of Architecture degree, a graduate of three leading US educational institutions, including Harvard University. Within a few years, another metro station will open directly on the MOSCOW MALL site — Presnya, part of the new metro line that connects the center to the Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye area. This is expected to double the customer flow compared to the time of the mall’s opening.
