STRATEGY TO GET THE CUSTOMERS• Using New York City as a platform, Imperial Partners is developing a sub-project with the
collaboration of the City of New York. This project consists in creating different events in a conventional center to meet New York City with different countries or commercial partners. In those events both New York City as well as the invited country will be benefit. For instance, in the one hand, The invited country will hear from the city officials and professionals. The different opportunities that the world famous city offers to foreign investors, In the other hand, local entrepreneurs will hear from the invited country about the different opportunities that this country is offering to foreign entrepreneurs.
• While this is happening Imperial Partners will take advantage to create a close relationship with the invited country as well as their entrepreneurs trying to convince to become our clients.
• In those events that will be held in a convention center and developed type fair we will use the space to create an atmosphere able to make business but also we will sell spaces in order that local as well as foreign companies can advertise their products. The money collected by the rental spaces will be used pay the event expenses.
