Checklist:1. URL – Keyword in your URL. Exmaple: Bobthebuilder.co.uk/builder-in-

London 2. Title – Start Title with Main Keyword: “Builders in London | Bob the

Builder’s building consultancy based in Hackney London”…...Etc3. H1 – Remember to put title in H1 tags if not automatically done4. Image or Video– Put a relevant image or video on your site if possible5. Alt tags – Keyword in image or video title and alt tags6. Link Out – To an authority site7. The rest – Site load speed, social share buttons, reduce bounce rate, long

tail keywords and descriptive long content (1000 words+)

Get a few links into your Google+ page and it will increase in the search engines itself.

1.) Duplicate Content

2.) Over Optimisation: ◦ ““Bob the Builder – Builder in London” is a lot better than “Builder, Bob, Bob is a builder in London, he’s the top builder in London”.
