Argentina´s culture is diverse. It is a multicultural country that resulted from the combination of the different ethnicities of the groups that made up its population across time.

UBUNTU (that means "I am because we are"), is a project boosted by

AIESEC in collaboration with many NGOs and schools. Its objective

is to eradicate gender inequality in Argentina through a cultural

change. This will be driven into action by means of activities and

dynamic workshops.

TRAMPOLIN

TRAMPOLIN

This project contributes to the lessening of poverty in

Argentina, focusing on children aged 0 to 15 years old. It

consists in giving support on topics related to health, access to

information, protection against violence and the importance of

free time.

Volunteers will be working with children and their families,

giving workshops in order to generate consciousness as regards

their problems and tools to deal with them.

EDUCAR

EDUCAR

EDUCAR project is an AIESEC cooperation with national

organizations that aims at facilitating the access to attention

services and developing quality education that is inclusive since

the first years of schooling in socio-economically disadvantaged

populations. Its purpose is to supplement the knowledge

provided during the first courses with tutoring, increasing the

learning of rights and values through recreational activities that

motivate girls and boys.

TAWTHE ANDES WAY

The Andes Way project aims at strengthening the development

of the third-sector-institutions in Argentina, increasing their

impact in a sustainable way. This is possible with the

participation of different social actors that mobilize and

exchange knowledge, specialization, technology and the

administration of financial resources.

Our experience ensure to our trainees to develop the leadership developmet four characteristics.

We had a LEAD Programme in four steps:1- Virtual Preparation Seminar2- Physical Preparation Seminar3- Weekly Meetings4- Closing Seminar Experience. ONGs, Fundations and schools are our enablers, and work with them about the LDM, in weekly meetings to check out that everything is happening in the right way (JD, support, reflection). Week after week we work every LDM characteristic.
