The Andes Way is a project oriented to organizational development in NGOs and to communica-tion improvement in them, developing management skills in students to help them grow in their professional careers.

.- Social Networks management-including Facebook and Twitter- to help position the NGO and provide a better use of the communication tools.

.- Teach the NGO team about Social Network management.

.- Help with public promotion through the use of digital media and the creation and distribution of pamphlets.

.- NGO’s promotion and communication.

.- The intern will design a marketing and social media strategy.

CoopARTE is a project oriented to prepare children for the future. It aims to the develop-ment of soft skills about topics such as leadership, team work, holistic and strategic so that volunteers can develop their skills and generate an impact in society. Young people from all over the world will have the task to develop recreational activities to teach children, teenagers and adults fundamental values, making their contribution for a more responsible, dedicated and aware generation who understand their role in society.

.- Planning and executing recreational activities related to: - Music - Theathre - Literature - Traditional dances from their country - Plastic arts - Cooking - Gardening

.- Transmiting values and teaching children through games and fun.
