How to Meet your Ideal Customer By Barbara Eilert

Who is your ideal customer? Someone who will likely buy & rave about your products. Finding groups of people who can and will buy from you, and connecting with them is the basis of a solid marketing plan, and every successful business enterprise. The trick, of course, is finding these customers and discovering why they would be interested in buying your products or services in the first place.

Get started with the right questionsFor every business, large or small, there are two questions that drive effective marketing:1) Who will buy your products?2) Why would they buy?

The dilemma facing most small and mid-sized businesses is: how? Large companies, like the packaged goods giants I used to work for, spend enormous resources on keeping abreast of who their customers are and what matters to them. Three key tools they use are: mapping, research and personas. Small and mid-sized businesses can use similar tools, even with a modest budget.

Start with a customer mapAn easy first step is to map out on a whiteboard, sticky notes, or piece of paper who you think might be your ideal customer. Brainstorm and write down all the people you think would be interested – and could benefit from – your product or service. Then group them by clusters of similar people. Next, rank the groups by their likelihood to buy. For example: those who might buy in this quarter (time), or those who will buy the most volume (quantity). This helps prioritize the groups you will focus on reaching with marketing.

Tip: Customers may include people you sell directly to (e.g. wholesalers, distributors and retailers), and those who buy indirectly (who purchase from direct buyers, like a retail chain). Big consumer brands often focus a large portion of their budgets on their direct customer like the retail chains for a simple reason: if their products are not at the store, the end consumer may not have access to the products to purchase them.

C r e a t i v e i n s i g H t

Research magic: the success secret of big companiesEvery successful company I’ve worked for, and successful clients I’ve worked with, spends a great deal of time on market intelligence and customer research. Data diving may appeal to a limited few, yet it pays big dividends in the marketplace!

Two kinds of research matter: primary (direct contact with your potential customers) and secondary (market and industry reports). Even if you have a small to non-existent budget, this information is available.

Direct: in-home or focus groups – or “in the field” interception – asking people what they think. Let them try samples and give their opinions, phone surveys or on-line surveys. There are plenty of inexpensive on-line survey tools available. One free service I like is surveymonkey.com. (http://www.surveymonkey.com/)

Indirect: industry surveys, reports and demographics are available free at most libraries. Census data and reports (now conveniently updated) have a wealth of information and are available online: (http://www.census.gov/). You may also choose to invest in special reports available through market research companies (e.g. Nielsen, Forrester) or professional associations.

Your goal is to identify market gaps that are underserved, determine how many potential customers there are, where they exist and how your product/service solves a problem for them or makes their life easier. Then you begin to know why they might buy from you, and the reason(s) why.

By knowing who will buy your products and services, and the reasons why, you can begin to build a highly focused and effective marketing plan that gets results. These three tools: maps, research and personas, will help narrow down who your marketing dollars should target, and provide greater sales return.__________________________________________Barbara Eilert is the principal and founder of Eilert Communications Inc. Mission Statement: NIMBUS doesn’t have a traditional “mission statement,” but we describe our business approach in this way: If you ask NIMBUS, there’s a whole lot more to “being creative” than appealing images and snazzy headlines. Sure, that’s the fun part of our job and we work hard to make it look easy. But the NIMBUS approach is a little different. We believe that the best creativity emerges when it’s aligned with an ROI-focused strategy. After all, our clients hire us to deliver results. NIMBUS is committed to providing every client with the advantages, resources and professionalism of a full-service marketing and communications agency while delivering the same level of accessibility, service and attention to excellence expected of an in-house team. We protect each client’s brand as if it were our own. Through this approach, NIMBUS exemplifies our commitment to developing long-term, sustainable relationships with our clients.

Company History: NIMBUS was launched in Louisville, Kentucky, by Stacey Wade in 2002 as a creative agency. Recognizing the market’s need for an agency producing top quality work that was also inclusive to a growing multi-cultural market, Wade has since expanded NIMBUS’ staff and capabilities to offer clients full-service creative and strategic marketing and communication excellence in both traditional and digital media. You’ll find that the NIMBUS team reflects diversity in perspective, approach and disciplines—an intentional combination that respects each team member’s attitude and personality just as much as their skills and professional strengths.

Products & Services Offered: While we may be considered a “boutique” agency by industry standards, our ability to provide superior, strategy-based creative is propelling us toward a position among the top hybrid (traditional/digital) agencies around. It’s an honor to develop a sustainable relationship with our clients and become partners in their growth, innovation and development.

Internal Branding: Changing Behavior Among Current and Prospective Customers By Henrietta Pepper

For those of us who perform the daily ritual of branding, communications and marketing strategy on behalf of our clientele often forget that one of the most important – if not the most important – elements of our holistic strategy, and one that more often than not takes a backseat to our external client efforts, is right in front of us. It’s called Internal Branding and it’s all about us. Yes, us. The internal team, the crew, the gang, the agency, the company, us. And like external branding, it requires established and adhered-to measures to effectively gauge its progress and ultimate success. But once you hit that sweet spot of success with a solid internal brand-centric culture, carefully created as part of your overall organizational strategy, your stature amongst your employees and your clients will soar.

Here’s our take:IT’S ALL INCLUSIVE.Internal branding is a not a one-man/woman show; it’s not a senior management edict from the executive suite that trickles down; it’s not an HR mandate that’s glanced over in a policy handbook; and it’s certainly not logo-ed coffee mugs sitting on a desk. It’s an organization-wide, all inclusive, everyone on board methodology with rewards that are immediately measurable by motivation and morale, as well as retention and recruitment. Most importantly, its foundation is the people on your payroll who are more than mere employees, those that solve the problems and deliver the goods day after day and who can impart insightful and thoughtful information to benefit everyone involved from top to bottom. Tap into them as they are your biggest brand assets as well as your brand ambassadors. Include them and acknowledge their importance through career development training, mentorship programs and an empowering leadership style. And make it meaningful because at the end of the day, an all-encompassing and engaging internal branding strategy will ensure everyone feels included.

IT’S INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL.“Where do you work? “What’s the company like?” “Do you like working there?” These are the openings to practically every conversation we have in daily life, whether chatting in line at the supermarket, at a dinner party, or sitting

C r e a t i v e i n s i g H t

next to a friendly stranger on a plane. And 99.9% of the time it’s going to be topic number one in those conversations, so if a strong, employee-friendly internal branding strategy is not in place, you’ll probably not like the answers given to these questions. And believe this; everyone on the receiving end of those conversations will take notice. This is one of the many reasons why a strong internal brand strategy will result in a strong brand Identity for your organization and one that positively represents its culture, ethics and values. It’s an image you project and it must be heartfelt and real, not hollow; an image that authentically mirrors your company’s mission and vision, and one that clearly identifies who you are and what you stand for to the players, the public, the press and your current and potential clientele. And yes, those in line at the supermarket, at the dinner party and that friendly stranger on the plane. IT’S A LIVING THING.In an ideal world your entire organization lives and breathes your brand. And while it will always be the case that some simply show up, sit at their desk and soldier on until 6:00 p.m., the majority of your organization truly wants to be part of something bigger than them. They want to be emotionally invested in the brand, their brand (it is their brand too after all), and they want to be a part of a culture that allows ideas to be shared and one where voices can be heard. They want to take pride in what they do and where they work. And when they’re empowered and truly invested, they’ll offer up valuable and unique perspectives you may never have imagined. They want to live it. And when they can live it they’ll provide you with a wealth of information to define (or redefine, if necessary) organizational processes and procedures, shape future strategic branding/communications/marketing initiatives, and create a free-to-be forum of full throttle creative ideation and innovation. Now get ready to watch as your internal branding initiatives come to life.

Top 10 Things To Know About Mobile Apps By Dawn Geary

Most business owners have all sorts of questions about Mobile Applications and Smartphone Technology. What is an app? How much do they cost? Are they just a fad? Do I need one?

Essentially, an ‘app’ is defined as software that runs on a handheld device that can connect to WiFi or wireless carrier networks. It has an OS (operating system) that supports stand alone software. The cost of the technology varies, but they are by no means inexpensive to build. This is simply due to their underlying complexity (and believe me folks, they are complex to build). So here are some basic things you should know when deciding whether or not a mobile application is right for your organization, as well as what type of mobile app you should consider.

1. There will be more smartphones than people on Earth by the beginning of 2013 and more people across the globe have access to smartphones than they do running water. In summation, mobile technology is just getting started…

2. A mobile app needs to be designed specifically for the platform it will be utilized on. This means that if you want your app to work on an iPhone and an Android smartphone, you’re essentially going to be building two separate mobile applications.

3. The cost of a mobile app is dependent on the sophistication of its features and what type of platform you’re developing on. Some platforms are more expensive to develop on due to their complexity.

4. There is a myth that mobile application development is easy, “beginner programmer friendly” or suited for anyone who can program a website. This is absolutely not true. It takes a professional developer approximately 6 months to master even the most basic platform.

5. Remember that users are savvy – 1 in 4 mobile applications once downloaded will never be used again due to user dissatisfaction with performance. Don’t waste money on developing a mobile application if you don’t have the resources to do it correctly.

6. There are essentially 5 types of Mobile Applicationsa. Time Wasters (apps that are used for short bursts; i.e. games)b. Core Utilities (apps that utilize a core feature of the phone; i.e. camera)c. Episodic Utilities (apps that are used for a targeted purpose in a specific situation; i.e. making a dinner reservation)

C r e a t i v e i n s i g H t

d. Composite Applications (apps that utilize several core features along with additional information; i.e. Fitness apps)e. Informational / Purpose Driven Apps (apps that provide information or are used for marketing or branding purposes)

7. A mobile application, when developed correctly will not only increase your ROI, but it will also open a new avenue for increased revenue while making your organization relevant in today’s market.

8. There are approximately seven key tenets as to what makes a ‘good’ mobile application. They are:

a. Stable and reliable performanceb. Consistent with the platform they are designed onc. Loads fastd. No user-interface hang-ups (if your app constant freezes and has to restart, it’s the kiss of death for consumers)e. No Ads (I’ve never met anyone who purposefully clicks on an ad, and they are distracting to the user experience)f. Considers the user as a valuable consumerg. Provides worthy functionality

9. Mobile applications, when done correctly can be the greatest tool in your branding arsenal. Why are they so important? Here’s some of the reasons why:

a. Universal – Nearly everyone is able to use smartphone apps, not just business people, social networkers and gamersb. Possibilities – Apps are used by companies to promote brand or product, or to provide access to their existing productsc. Unmatched User Experience – Mobile applications offer a user- experience which mobile websites or widgets are unable to provided. Proximity to Customers – For most users their phones are never further than a foot away 24/7,e. Better Visibility – The new generation of app stores make it easier than ever before to be in the forefront of millions of potential customers’ minds.

10. Mobile applications are faster, more interactive and can integrate with many types of features that mobile website technology simply cannot provide. That being said, if you don’t have the budget to build a separate mobile app or a compelling design for one – your website must be built or redeveloped to encompass a “mobile friendly” design.___________________________________________Dawn Geary, Mediaura www.mediaura.com. Mission Statement: As employees of FCi, we will apply our values to all relationships, with each other, our customers, our vendors and our community. We will serve our customers by maintaining the highest level of honesty, trust and integrity. Success will come through close personal relationships built on respect and mutual understanding. Realizing the unique value of our people, FCi pledges to treat each as an individual. We will encourage them to

develop their full potential through training and continuing education. We will maintain a work environment that encourages initiative, creativity and professionalism.

Company History: FCi is privately owned by Jack Mullins. It was formed in November 1988. FCi was a traditional fulfillment company offering services of inventory management, order processing, and pick/pack/ship services, but that didn’t last long. Like everything else in our society, demands changed rapidly; and FCi realized it would need to carve out a niche to stay “in the game.” FCi customers demanded more and more value-added services in order to streamline the production and distribution of their materials. Turnaround times became critical to meet the demand of their marketplace. The need increased to have a single-source provider allowing for one point of contact in order to lessen the management activities of a project. FCi found itself evolving into a “full service” fulfillment company offering complete front- and back-end solutions with the option of managing the entire process for a client from start to finish, or stepping in anywhere in the middle and driving to completion.

Products & Services Offered: Technology Services, Website design and development, Systems integration 1:1 Marketing Services, XMPie software, QR codes, Cross-media implementation Digital Print Services, Variable / personalized information, Print-on-demand, In-line finishing, Fulfillment Services, Literature fulfillment, Product fulfillment, Kit building, Mail Services, Data processing, Automated insertion, Hand assembly, Presorting and drop shipping

Management & Ownership: The direction of FCi is lead first and foremost by Jack Mullins. Under his direction is a management team consisting of three people. Within this team is an experience level of 100 + years in fulfillment and print. This team has a clear, concise vision of the future of FCi and the main components necessary to steer the organization forward into the future. Members of this team include: Jack Mullins – President, Joanna Bradley – Senior Vice President, Brian Thompson – VP of Operations and Sales and Susan Welsh – Controller.

Does Sales Training Really Work … you may be surprised By Don Odom

In full disclosure, I lead sales training improvement programs and coach small business owners, which may make what I am about to share all that more unusual and seemingly hypocritical. In my experience, sales training seminars do not result with the intended outcome, which is to increase new sales. Why would someone in my line of work, say this?

Let’s take a look at what happens when you attend a sales training seminar. Excitement is in the air leading up to the seminar. The allure of learning the “secret” that will ignite sales and improve results is exhilarating! Being excited and “pumped-up” after an event is normal. The real question is what happens when the excitement wears away? Are the new techniques, ideas and tips generating revenue? Are you getting better results? Are you seeing a return on your investment? Or do you see that you and your team are back to business as usual and you are still falling short of your sales goals?

From my experience, back to business as usual is what happens and that’s why I say that seminar training alone will not produce the intended results of improved sales. Without reinforcement and accountability, any tip or technique, regardless of its quality, will fall short and no real change will occur. I am not suggesting that seminar training, in general, is bad. It’s not. In fact, there are many brilliant ideas, tips and techniques out there. The fact is they just don’t implement themselves.

The implementation process is the determining factor behind whether real change will occur or not. I teach and coach that change only happens when we have a lasting behavioral shift and to bring about a change in behaviors requires reinforcement and repetition . Therefore, through reinforcement, we can change our behaviors and if we change our behaviors then we have real change that lasts and that provided different and better results.

Reinforcement is the most proven technique that I know of to bring about real change. The problem though, reinforcement training is

C r e a t i v e i n s i g H t

real work and it takes time and effort! And for many owners, because business moves fast and there is always a need for better results, a sense of urgency is created, which causes many to go down the path of least resistance looking for fast results. They attend or send their team to a quick one or two-day seminar and check the box for training, and expect to see results. They reason, a little tune-up is all that is needed. After all, they are “people” people and that’s really what you need to be successful at selling. Unfortunately, many owners find out the hard way that people skills and selling skills are not the same. Many “people people” fail at sales.

The hard truth is a little tune-up is not what most sales people need! Business has changed; that’s not a secret. Selling now, and in the foreseeable future, is and will be much more demanding than in recent decades. Your company’s success relies on your sales team’s ability to communicate how your offering satisfies the customer’s needs better than any other alternative available – including those competitors not even in your space. To survive and thrive, all business will require quality sales processes, no longer will just “showing up” lead to success, there are too many options and too many competitors now. To be successful going forward will require a repeatable and dependable selling process implemented through a dynamic reinforcement program that accounts for changes in the marketplace and the ever-changing demands of your customers.

Research is the Jewel in the Sales Process, And the Internet Your Oyster By Dawn Yankeelov

“Diamonds are nothing more than chunks of coal that stuck to their jobs.” – Malcolm Forbes

Small businesses and startups often operate on the premise that “build it they will come,” and “we’ve got no competition,” are the right answers. Certainly products and services that deliver are important to capture and close a sale, but the root of all good profitability is found in the research you do before you step to the curb. And, there is always going to be some type of competition, direct or indirect, so just count on it. Technology is moving all businesses today, and you must get into the flow of data and analysis or drift away without capturing the gold.

This is true, regardless of the size of your marketing budget, the longevity of your products or services in the marketplace, and your outlook on the future.

If you are looking ahead with some trepidation, you may need to get out of your head and do a little homework on what is facing you now in your industry. Here are some quick ideas to get you started, if you are in that sales cycle ready for the road.

1. Attend a live meeting of SCIP, the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals. Competitive Intelligence is another way to say research, and there is an art form in making sense of trends, and other data. Realize that making you and your team smart, can make the difference. Go to www.scip.com to determine to closest meeting. Sometimes, an out of town experience can lend new perspective where you are not so worried about what other people think when you are asking questions on how to think about data. Data is nothing until it is turned in knowledge that has breadth and depth. Do not be afraid to step out of your everyday 20-mile radius of live work connections.

2. Look at web traffic numbers for your company, your potential clients, and your competition for news you can use. Go to www.alexa.com or www.quantcast.com to gauge the marketplace. This is neither time-consuming, nor hard. You can do it pre-sales call, for each and every potential client as well to get a “big-picture” sense of activity. It’s a quick hit—useful, but not

C r e a t i v e i n s i g H t

to be taken as the hard-core, extensive analysis of a company’s strength.3. Experiment with different types of news delivery. You might be signed up for newsletters in your industry that come into your inbox, a particular mobile app for a favorite magazine, or an RSS feed for key sites, but are you really getting the information you want? That may be a changing cycle in your field. Consider using Trove, a personalized news engine you can train to learn your desired news sources. You can change your areas of interest and pull down each day what you think is relevant. Trove is part of the Washington Post empire now. Sign into Trove using Facebook. Do you need scientific information? Google free tools and subset search categories are still useful. Don’t forget about Google Scholar for academic abstracts, book summaries, and technical or scientific research. Or the opportunity to use Google Alerts to send you information on key, changing topics. Google Alerts is a content change detection and notification service.

4. Make a recommendation: customer service or other departments can monitor your company’s reputation to help you in the sales process. Measurement and reputation management are so critical to performance in sales and many companies, including, Salesforce have begun to bake in feature sets that allow a great deal of analysis of what is going on. In 2011, Salesforce acquired Radian6 for $326 million, for example, for social media monitoring, insights and engagement. Oracle now owns CollectiveIntellect, a sentiment analysis tool. What tools is your company using, and do you have access to this?

Aspectx, based in Louisville, has been offering this type of service since 1989. Potential outside projects that can lend assistance in crafting your unique value proposition for 2012 may be outside focus groups, one-to-one interviews, case studies for the sales team, a series of online surveys, video testimonials, white paper generation or the like. __________________________________________Dawn Marie Yankeelov, founder of Aspectx, a PR and marketing firm with emphasis in technology and healthcare accounts, currently serves as the Chair of the Technology Section for the International Public Relations Society of America. @dawnyaspectx. 7 Essential Tips for Web Marketing By Taylor Trusty

Every business does web marketing, even if they don’t know it. Businesses without a webpage are still being searched for on Google, people are leaving reviews for them on Yelp, and they are being added to directories like the Better Business Bureau’s. Since web marketing is inevitable for every business, here are seven helpful tips on making the most of your business’ online presence:

1. Everything matters. Somehow, your most important site visitor will find the one thing you hoped no one would see. A broken link. A missing image. A chat feature that crashes their web browser. Somehow, they will find it. The logic goes that if you lack attention to detail on your website, how can prospective clients be confident you won’t do the same to them? Build your website as if your most important potential client is going to see every page and use every feature, because chances are, he will.

2. Update continuously. The two most important things affecting your online influence are frequency of updates and usefulness of content. We’ll cover the latter soon, but for updating, here are some basic guidelines: update social media statuses at least three times a week, blog once a week, and update website pages whenever you have a new feature or offering.

3. Be helpful. An endless stream of search engine optimization websites promises to get your company to the top of search results because they “understand Google’s algorithm” and know how to “game the system.” This flies in the face of Google’s own advice for ranking high in their results: be helpful. Google’s algorithms change frequently, but sites that continuously offer timely, helpful, and unique content will see a steady rise in search engine traffic year after year.

4. Track offline actions - online. By now all online advertisers are accustomed to getting ROI metrics for online ads. But how do you connect the dots with your offline marketing? The solution is unique links customized for every application. Through integrated marketing metrics tools, you can track the effectiveness of mass-audience pieces like postcards, posters, mailers, and billboards because they provide unique web addresses and phone numbers according to variables you set.

C r e a t i v e i n s i g H t

You can know which billboard is responsible for the increase in web visits, and which postcard format generated the greatest number of web sales. This enables you to accurately optimize your marketing campaigns across platforms so you can be sure your marketing dollars are being spent most effectively.

5. Ignore the mobile web at your own peril. Most companies realize they will not be taken seriously without a website. The time is coming soon when the same judgment will be passed on companies without a presence on the mobile web. Capitalizing on the ubiquity of mobile phones starts with a well-designed mobile version of your website. It should be optimized for fast loading and viewing on smartphones and tablets.

6. Do social media right, or not at all.Social media is the most promising and potentially dangerous marketing technology available today. It’s promising because it offers companies the ability to build relationships with their customers similar to the way a friend or trusted advisor would. At the same time, a social media mishap can spiral out of control very quickly -- and publicly.

7. Only great branding beats marketing clutter. Each one of us is inundated with 10,000 marketing messages every day, and this is never more obvious than in an average browsing session on the web. So trying to get attention by doing more of the same or being the loudest doesn’t work. Instead, you must appeal to your audience’s hearts and minds with a unique brand.

If you’re looking for more, you can dig deeper into each of these topics as there are a wealth of blogs and forums to offer additional learning. And if you do your marketing with an agency, make sure they address these points in any plan they present. Armed with these tips, your business can be better prepared to tackle the complex world of web marketing.__________________________________________Taylor Trusty: I run Blackstone Media - an interactive agency located in downtown Louisville. 5 Killer Mistakes Salespeople Make! Avoid the Traps. By Vince Esposito

As a general rule most of us, most of the time, do the right things. I have been very fortunate to train and coach now reaching close to a 1000 salespeople in different industries. I am always impressed with the strong desire that most of them exhibit to improve skills, and the willingness to work hard to achieve more success.

There is however certain traps to avoid as a salesperson that I see repeated over and over again. These self limiting traps will impact you in many negative ways but particularly in your bank account. I would encourage you to read through the list of the killer mistakes to productivity and ask yourself the question, “Am I suffering from any of these traps?” If so, I have also given some advice and suggestions on how to fix each.

The following list of killer mistakes may be keeping you from achieving your desired lifestyle.

Mistake Number 1: Settling for Average Performance. It is human nature to achieve goals but is the “super-star” that strives to achieve beyond those goal. The super star sets lofty goals and goes about trying to achieve them. Start believing you can be a superstar but there is no substitute for hard work.

Fix: Make the decision to double your income! That’s right double it. Go find more opportunities in your territory starting today. Write down the income you want to earn and go to work in a positive way to find it!

Mistake Number 2: No Solid Well Organized Plan. Most of the time we work with ideas, strategies and opportunities only floating around in our heads. That is ok… but it usually doesn’t turn into superstar status. It is imperative to have a plan to achieve higher results.

Fix: Create a formal prospecting plan on a calendar for 60 days out. Your plan should look like a “cookbook” of high performance with a mix of activities from cold calling to networking to generating referrals but should be organized in a calendar of high performance behavior. Start tracking your daily behavior to your cookbook. Don’t wing it.

Mistake Number 3: Not being a “Listener”This is most common mistake and the largest frustration for your prospects. Learning to truly listen and focus your energy on your client instead of your own desire to sell an agreement is by far the biggest killer of high performance.

Fix: Remember it is about them not you and focus your questioning skills.

C r e a t i v e i n s i g H t

Get your clients talking. Questions show your real expertise not your pitch about your company. People buy for their business reasons not because your company is the biggest or supposedly the best.

Mistake Number 4: Not understanding your hidden weaknesses. As human beings we all have strengths and weaknesses. Most of these weaknesses stem from our childhood and how we psychologically view selling.

Fix: Erase your need for approval which prevents you from asking the hard questions or getting rejection. Stop taking it so personal .It isn’t. Also start making stronger agreements with your customers on whether they have a serious interest in your solutions. We were taught as children not to ask money questions because that was private and personal. The hidden weakness of avoiding the money discussions combined with need for approval can really get you in trouble.

Mistake Number 5: Giving up to quickly. There is no better trait in human beings than not giving up. Persistence will most always trump skill in the world of sales. I am not suggesting being a pest but more the willingness to continue follow up with clients professionally. Often clients are very busy and need to be reminded several times that a problem should have a higher priority and be solved.

Fix: Stop thinking a no call back means a NO! It is not necessarily true at all. Keep a list of clients that you think they might be a NO but continue to follow up. Get them to say it don’t assume it. Last of all don’t be afraid of a No. The sooner you a get a NO the sooner you can either move on to more productive business opportunities or negotiate the objection that got you there in the first place.

Now review the list again and circle the traps where you need to focus. Remember eliminate the killer mistakes and you just might double your income! Happy Selling!
