This project had zero construction waste, which gave them 2pts
towards this category, by sending carpets to be recycled. And also
reusing old aluminum blinds from the existing building.
Since they downsized from a larger office they didnt need any
new furniture or furnishing which added 3 more points. Everything
else they had was donated.

center.11 lbs. of carpet scraps were diverted from landfill and
