Your Challenge

• Inviting: If you invite face to face or say too much over the phone, many of your prospects will think it’s just another one of “them” and you may not have the opportunity to meet them for 45 minutes with an open mind.

• Use our well thought out “invitations” with as few changes as possible so that it sounds like you.

• If we have 30 to 45 minutes where they can see the whole picture, this is hard to say no!

Networking Luncheon or Evening Invitation

1. (Small Talk)2. Is there anything you’re doing that you can’t get out of on

(Wednesday)?3. Since this economy has been tough for so many of us, we’re

going to have a networking (luncheon) so we can help one another out with leads and business ideas. You’d be a great addition; can you be my guest (for lunch)?

4. Great, it’ll be on (Wednesday) at (Ocean Prime at the International Mall) at (noon). The dress is business casual; will you do me a favor?

5. Since I’m making the reservations, will you give me at least a 48-hour notice if anything comes up so I’ll have time to get someone(another realtor)to take your place?

6. Okay, I’ll pick you up (meet you) at (your office). (If you are not picking them up, “There’s someone I’d like you to meet. Can you meet me 5 minutes early?”)
