Introduction:• Apple is a technology corporation which focuses on designs

and manufactures products to service customers, located in

California, America.

• The founder of Apple is Steve Jobs at April 1, 1976, and

current Chief Executive Officer is Cook Tim.

• The products: Macintosh, iPod and iPhone, etc. There are

250 retail stores in different places.

• The value of the company is US€ 233.27 billion now.

• Apple was the most admired company in the America in

2008 by Forbes

motivate staff to work well, the good leader in this company put some

policies to motivate staffs in company which makes the good staffs in

Conclusion:Overall, we can find that Apple is the largest e-commerce company in the United States, even in the world. This is because they have good leadership, high quality services and diversified products related to customers. As Steve Jobs saying, ‘You have to be burning with an idea, or a problem, or a wrong that you want to right. If you're not passionate enough from the start, you'll never stick it out. Therefore, we should have a strong mind when we decide to do one thing. Only in this way, we can make the things better. So, this is why Apple is successful.
